Utah Pediatric Services

The following is just a sampling of the types of pediatric services Dr. Coombs offers. If you have any questions regarding any treatments or procedures that aren't listed here, please contact Dr. Coombs and his office staff for more information.

Regular Checkup Visits

Each child should receive regular checkups with their pediatrician. Regular checkup appointments help ensure that your child is healthy and that any potential problems can be diagnosed and treated early.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations are one of the easiest and most effective ways to keep your child healthy. Many vaccinations are required by law, so make sure your child is vaccinated on-time and with each necessary shot. It’s recommended that every child receive a flu vaccination each flu season in addition to all of the required vaccinations.

Treatment of Illness

Illnesses that are minor for adults can be very dangerous for a child. A child that is suffering from flu symptoms, pain, or any abnormal levels of discomfort should see a doctor. Infants who appear ill, have poor color, are feeding poorly or who have fever should be seen as soon as possible.  Our team of able doctors and nurse practitioners can evaluate, diagnose, treat, and prescribe (if necessary) medications to help your child recover quickly.
